INGREDIENTS FOR BUN- Maida flour 3 cups
- Yeast 11/2 tsp
- Water 11/2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Oil or butter 11/2 tbsps
METHOD
- In a cup add yeast, 2 tbsps of maida, and sugar.
- Warm water, pour 1/2 cup of water into the cup.
- Stir well and close with a lid.
- Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Take another glass bowl or steel bowl.
- Add flour, baking soda, baking powder,salt, and oil.
- Add yeast mix to the flour and mix well.
- Knead for 5 minutes and cover the dough with a lid.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour, After an hour knead again for 10 minutes.
- The dough should look smooth, again close it and keep it for an hour.
- Again knead lightly and make 6 balls.
- Flatten a ball to small chappati size.
- Stuff a potato ball in the middle and close with the dough.
- Make a smooth ball without any holes.
- Without oven you can bake in a idly pan.
- Brush the idly mould with oil and place the balls.
- Close them by a towel for 15 minutes.
- Heat idly pan on low heat, place the mould and close the lid.
- Bake for 10 minutes or more until the bun changes to orange color.
- In an oven preheat at 180 degree and bake for 15 minutes.
INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING
- Potatoes 3 big
- Onion 1 big
- Tomato 1 big
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Jeera powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mint leaves little
- Coriander leaves little
- Oil 2 tbsps
METHOD
- Wash and boil potatoes, cut onion, tomato, coriander and mint leaves.
- Peel and mash potatoes, add salt, chilly powder, coriander, jeera, turmeric, garam masala and pav bhaji masala.
- Mix well and keep it aside.
- Heat oil and add cut onion, fry until light brown in color.
- Add tomato, ginger-garlic paste and fry till mashed.
- Add mashed potato and fry welluntil mixed well.
- Garnish with coriander, mint leaves and lemon.
- Cool and make 6 balls.
- Stuff a ball into the dough and make a smooth ball without any holes.
- Preheat in an oven at 180 degree and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
INGREDIENTS- Maida flour 500 gms
- Water 450 ml
- Instant Yeast 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter or oil 1/2 cup
METHOD
- Take a bowl add flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
- Warm water and add to the flour, mix thoroughly.
- Now add oil or butter and knead for 5 minutes.
- Close a lid and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- After an hour knead the dough until it won't stick to the hand.
- Make smooth balls, brush aluminium tray, place a baking sheet.
- Arrange the balls and close by a towel for 1/2 a hour.
- To bake in an oven pre heat by 180 degree and bake for 15 minutes.
- Pre heat on a low heat in a cooker pan place a ring or stand.
- Place the bun tray, brush oil on top and close a lid, bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with peas, green gram, or channa gravy.
- Serve with sliced onion, cut lemon.
INGREDIENTS:-

- Tomato 2
- Tomato ketchup 1 cup
- Lettuce 2
- Cheese 1 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
FOR CUTLET:-
- Minced chicken 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Salt 1 tsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Slice onion, cucumber, tomatoes, separate lettuce, wash and drain.
- Grind the above ingrendients to a smooth paste.
- Make balls and flatten to long strips.
- Heat 1 tsp butter in a tawa arrange the strips and roast on low heat till done.
- Keep it aside the chicken strips, heat 1 tsp of butter cut pav bun.
- Brush bun with butter and roast on both sides ad keep it aside.
- Arrange one strip on tawa and sprinkle cheese on it and close a lid.
- Cook until the cheese melts, in a serving plate arrange bun, Put tomato ketchup, place cucumber, onion, tomato and lettuce.
- In the middle place chicken cutlet, repeat lettuce, tomato, cucmber, onion and ketchup.
- Close the bun on top. Serve with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS- Long bread slices 10
- Chicken cutlet 4
- Eggs 4
- Onion 2
- Capsicum 2
- Tomato 2

- Butter salted 1 cup
- Tomato sauce 1 cup
METHOD
- Slice onion, capsicum, chicken cutlet, tomato and cucumber. Beat eggs.
- Heat tawa, arrange bread and pour egg mixture over bread, and toast.
- Brush butter, on top and turn, add tomato sauce, arrange onion, capsicum, chicken pieces. cucumber, and tomatoes, close another bread slice on it.
- Apply tomato sauce on both sides.
- Cut into 1" pieces and serve whole with sauce.

METHOD:-
- Cut bread into big square pieces, cut onion, tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
- Heat kadai and pour half oil and fry lightly the bread pieces and keep it aside.
- Saute onion till light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and fry.
- Add tomatoes, salt, chilly powder, turmeric, dhania and cumin powder.
- Add water and boil it, add the fried bread pieces and mix.
- Sprinkle garam masala, and add coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with curd.

- Cheese 2 slices
- Salt 1/2 tsp
TO CUT:-
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Tomato 1
- Coriander leaves handful
TO SPRINKLE MASALA:-
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Dhania powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Mix the above masala powder separately.
- Beat eggs, add salt, masala powder.
- Heat tava, melt butter, pour the half beaten egg mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, and masala powder.
- Place bread slice in the middle of the ometlette.
- Turn over and fry for a few seconds, turn again and place a cheese slices on bread.
- Add another bread on it and add onion, tomatoes, chilies, coriander leaves on top,
- Add the remaining egg mixture, and cover the bread.
- Turn and roast on the other sides. Serve with tomato sauce.

METHOD:-
- Beat eggs, cut onion, tomato, coriander and mint leaves. Scrape carrot.
- Mix all the ingredients except bun.
- Heat tawa, halve bun, and spread the egg mix on halved bun.
- Put upside down the bun on hot tawa.
- Fry on one side, serve with mint sauce and tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS:-

FOR FILLING:-

- Potato 2 big
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 4
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves handful
- Mint leaves little
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Tomato 2
- Carrot 2
METHOD:-
- Boil potatoes, cut onion, green chilies, curry leaves, mint, and coriander leaves.
- Scrape carrot, and cut tomatoes to a small pieces.
- Peel potatoes and mash, add all the ingredients and mix.
- Make small balls and keep it aside.
- Cut the sides of bread slices, dip one slice in water, keep it on palm and squeeze by another hand.
- Keep one potato ball in the middle and close it together, and make it to a ball shape.
- Do as it is until all the slices are finished.
- Heat oil in an iron Kadai, drop the balls one by one and fry in dark brown in color.
- Serve with mint sauce and tomato sauce.
INGREDIENTS:-

METHOD:-
- Heat tawa, and toast the bread lightly on both sides. Mix salt with water.
- Cool and cut into small cubes and sprinkle the salted water, and mix.
- Cut onion, tomato, chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and mint leaves, grate carrot.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, chilies, fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and fry, add cumin powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste.
- Add carrot, curry leaves and close the lid and cook on a low heat for 2 minutes.
- Open and add garam masala, bread, and fry for a minute.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves, mix and close the lid for 2 minutes.
- Serve with groundnut chutney, tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS:-

- Milk 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Ghee 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Beat eggs, milk, sugar together.
- Heat tawa, toast bread slices on both sides adding ghee.
- Reduce heat and pour the beaten eggs on the toast little by little.
- Turn over and add the remaining egg mix.
- Roast well and serve.
INGREDIENTS:-

- Turmeric 1 tsp

METHOD:-
- Cut onion, tomato, chilies to small pieces, grate carrot, cut coriander, curry, and mint leaves.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, and chilies and fry for a minute on low heat.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, tomato, turmeric, salt, and carrot.
- Mix and close a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander and mint leaves, off the stove and keep it aside.
- Heat tawa, brush with ghee, place the bread slices.
- Roast on one side, for a few seconds, but not crisp.
- Arrange the bread slices on a plate, the roasted side should be down.
- Take a spoonful of filling, and spread on the bread slices, and serve.
INGREDIENTS:-

- Banana 1
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter[ salted ] 1 tbsp
METHOD:-

- Mash banana by a fork to a smooth paste.
- Add milk and sugar, mix well until a thick consistency.
- Heat tawa apply butter on both sides, and roast on both sides.
- Serve with dip, this tastes very good, my children love a lot to eat
INGREDIENTS:-

FOR GRINDING:-
- Onion 1
- Ginger 1"
- Green chilies 5
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry masala 1 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves handful
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Beat milk and eggs together.
- Grind the masala to a smooth paste.
- Mix beaten eggs and masala.
- Heat tawa, dip the bread slices in the batter and place on tawa.
- Add ghee and roast on one side till crisp on low heat.
- Turn the bread and roast on another side.
- Serve with homemade tomato sauce or ketchup.
