INGREDIENTS:-
- Bread slice 10
- Onion 2
- Tomato 2
- Carrot 2
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves handful
- Mint leaves handful
- Oil 2 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Cut onion, tomato, chilies to small pieces, grate carrot, cut coriander, curry, and mint leaves.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, and chilies and fry for a minute on low heat.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, tomato, turmeric, salt, and carrot.
- Mix and close a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add coriander and mint leaves, off the stove and keep it aside.
- Heat tawa, brush with ghee, place the bread slices.
- Roast on one side, for a few seconds, but not crisp.
- Arrange the bread slices on a plate, the roasted side should be down.
- Take a spoonful of filling, and spread on the bread slices, and serve.
