VEGETABLE SANDWICH


INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Bread slice                  10
  2. Onion                          2
  3. Tomato                        2
  4. Carrot                         2
  5. Ginger-garlic paste     1 tsp
  6. Turmeric                     1 tsp
  7. Salt                              1 tsp
  8. Green chilies               4
  9. Curry leaves                few
  10. Coriander leaves         handful
  11. Mint leaves                 handful
  12. Oil                              2 tbsp
METHOD:-
  • Cut onion, tomato, chilies to small pieces, grate carrot, cut coriander, curry, and mint leaves.
  • Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, and chilies and fry for a minute on low heat.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, curry leaves, tomato, turmeric, salt, and carrot.
  • Mix and close a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add coriander and mint leaves, off the stove and keep it aside.
  • Heat tawa, brush with ghee, place the bread slices.
  • Roast on one side, for a few seconds, but not crisp.
  • Arrange the bread slices on a plate, the roasted side should be down.
  • Take a spoonful of filling, and spread on the bread slices, and serve.
