INGREDIENTS- Macaroni 1 packet
- Tomatoes 3 nos
- Onion 2 nos
- Ginger-garlic 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves little
- Mint leaves little
- Salt 2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsps
METHOD
- Boil macaroni in 1 litre of water for 3 minutes.
- Drain water and add cold water, drain the water completely.
- Cut 1 onion, coriander and mint leaves.
- Grind aother onion and tomatoes separately.
- Heat oil and fry the cut onion till light brown in colour.
- Add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste, fry until the oil floats.
- Add tomato paste and saute until well cooked.
- Add chilly powder, garam masala and coriander powder.
- Mix well and add 1 cup of water, bring to boil.
- Add coriander and mint leaves.
- Mix corn flour in one cup of water and pour into the boiling water.
- Stir well and now add macaroni.
- Mix and cook for another 2 minutes on slow heat.
- Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS:-

- Water 5 cups
- Salt 1 tsp+2 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves little
FOR GRINDING:-
- Onion 1
- Garlic 10
- Ginger 1"
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 4
FOR SEASONING:-
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram 2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
METHOD:-
- Boil water and add pasta, 1 tsp salt and cook for 3 minutes.
- Drain the water, add cold water and drain again, keep it in the colander to cool.
- Grind the onion, ginger, garlic and chilies together.
- Grind tomatoes separately. Heat oil in a pressure pan.
- Add seasoning and crackle mustard, fry dhal and curry leaves.
- Add onion masala and fry for a minute, add tomato puree and stir.
- Add 2 tsp of salt, turmeric, chilly powder and garam masala.
- Mix and cook for 2 whistles. Open the lid and add pasta and mix.
- Mix well and close the for a minute, garnish with coriander leaves.

- Chilly powder 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Asafoetida a pinch
Method
- Boil pasta drain water and cool down,
- Wash palak, cut both onion and tomato.
- Heat oil and saute onion to golden brown.
- Add palak,ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and close the lid.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add asafoetida, chilly,garam masala powder.
- Fry well and add turmeric, salt.
- Finally add pasta and mix. Close the lid for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with cucumber salad.

- Cabbage 1/2 cup
- Tomato 1 cut
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp

- Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon 1/4"
- Cloves 2
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- Black gram dhal 1/4 tsp
- Bengal gram 1/4 tsp
Method
- Heat oil add mustard, gram, bay leaf, cinnamon and cloves. Fry for a minute.
- Add onion fry and add tomato,ginger-garlic paste.
- Now add vegetables, mint leaves, green chilly, and for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Mix then the turmeric, red chilly powder, coriander, and garam masala.
- After that add salt and boiled macaroni fry well the liquid dries up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Add lemon juice and serve hot with chutney or raitha.
