Ingredients
For cucumber salad
- Pasta 1 cup
- Palak 1 bunch
- Onion 1
- Small onion 5
- Tomato 1
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1/2tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Asafoetida a pinch

Method
- Boil pasta drain water and cool down,
- Wash palak, cut both onion and tomato.
- Heat oil and saute onion to golden brown.
- Add palak,ginger-garlic paste, tomato, and close the lid.
- Cook for 5 minutes and add asafoetida, chilly,garam masala powder.
- Fry well and add turmeric, salt.
- Finally add pasta and mix. Close the lid for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with cucumber salad.

- Coconut scrape 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder a pinch

Method
- Cut cucumber add coconut, coriander, pepper, and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients and serve.
