INGREDIENTS- Ragi flour 1 cup[heaped]
- Water 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- In a pressure pan dry fry the flour on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Fry until good aroma comes from it.
- Boil water with salt and oil, pour over the flour and mix well.
- Close the lid and put on weight and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Open the lid and mix well, take a bowl add 1 tsp of cold water.
- Take a laddleful of dough and put in the bowl.
- Turn round the bowl, until it comes to a ball shape.
- Make 2 balls and serve with any gravy.

- Kumbu powder 1 cup
- Water 3 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD
- In a pressure cooker add water, bajra powder, salt, and stir for 3 times.
- Cook for 3 whistles and cool.
- Mix and take a ladleful dough and pour in an idly plate and cool.
- You get 3 idlies shaped mudde or pour in a small vessel close a lid, wait for 1/2 an hour,
- Turn upside down and lift the lid and you will get one big ball-shaped MUDDE.
- Serve with any gravy, it goes well with curd also.

- Rice 1 cups
- Water 3 cups
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Break the Rice, whipping is enough to break, for 2 or 3 times.
- Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour.
- Boil water and add rice and boil once and sim.
- Cook for 10 minutes, until the water absorbed.
- Off the stove and close the lid.
- After 10 minutes take a wet bowl and put a ladleful of cooked rice.
- Make it to a ball shape, you get 3 balls from 1 cup of rice
- Serve with drumstick gravy and drumstick curry
NOTE:-
- Serve with chicken, mutton, fish, or any gravy, it tastes good and awesome.
- My Grandma used to pound by hand and they cook this.
- It can also make this Mudde by normal cooked rice, by mashing.
- But it looks different.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup ragi flour
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
METHOD
- Boil 3/4 cup of water adding salt and oil in a cooker pan.
- Take ragi flour and remaining water in a bowl and mix without lumps.
- Add to the boiling water and stir.
- Keep on stirring until it changes its color.
- It shouldn't stick underneath the bowl.
- It should resemble like halwa.
- Off the heat. Take a round bowl and put a laddle full of dough and shape it like a ball.
- Serve with spicy curry.
