INGREDIENTS
- Kumbu powder 1 cup
- Water 3 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD
- In a pressure cooker add water, bajra powder, salt, and stir for 3 times.
- Cook for 3 whistles and cool.
- Mix and take a ladleful dough and pour in an idly plate and cool.
- You get 3 idlies shaped mudde or pour in a small vessel close a lid, wait for 1/2 an hour,
- Turn upside down and lift the lid and you will get one big ball-shaped MUDDE.
- Serve with any gravy, it goes well with curd also..
