BAJRA [KUMBU] MUDDE

INGREDIENTS

  1. Kumbu powder           1 cup
  2. Water                           3 cups
  3. Salt                              1 tsp



METHOD
  • In a pressure cooker add water, bajra powder, salt, and stir for 3 times.
  • Cook for 3 whistles and cool.
  • Mix and take a ladleful dough and pour in an idly plate and cool.
  • You get 3 idlies shaped mudde or pour in a small vessel close a lid, wait for 1/2 an hour,
  • Turn upside down and lift the lid and you will get one big ball-shaped MUDDE.
  • Serve with any gravy, it goes well with curd also..
