CHICKEN MINCED MEAT BURJI
INGREDIENTS
- Eggs 2
- Minced meat 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt 1/4 tsp
METHOD
- Heat pan, beat one egg and add minced meat to it.
- Heat 2 tsp of oil and add the egg mixed minced meat.
- Stir the eggs until it scrambles.
- Fry till the eggs are dried.
- Serve with dosa, chapati.
