INGREDIENTS:-

- Ragi flour 1 cup
- Curd 1/4 cup
- Carrot 1
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4 cut
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Curry leaves 5
- Coriander leaves handful
- Mint leaves little
METHOD:-
- Slice onion, grate carrot, coconut, cut green chilies, curry leaves, coriander, and mint leaves.
- Mix ragi flour, and add cut vegetables, coconut, curry, coriander, mint leaves.
- Add salt, curd, water, baking powder, soda and mix to a smooth batter.
- Keep it aside for 1 hour, heat a pan brush oil pour the whole batter.
- Bake on low flame for 2 minutes, turn on the other side and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Cut by pizza cutter and serve with chutney, and any gravy goes well.

- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Potato 1
- Carrot 1
- Green chilies 5
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Beat eggs, cut all the vegetables to small pieces, chop coriander leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients to a batter.
- Heat tawa, melt 1 tbsp butter, pour a ladleful of batter.
- Roast on one side, and turn other side and roast.
- Serve with tomato chutney, any gravies.
INGREDIENTS:-- Wheat flour 3 cups
- Instant yeast 1 tbsp
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Potato 1 big
- Onion 1 big
- Tomato 1 big
- Green chilies 4
- Coriander leaves handful
- Mint leaves handful
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Salt 3 tsp
- Oil for roasting
- Water 5 cups
METHOD:-
- Warm up water, cut all the vegetables into small pieces, chop coriander, mint laeves.
- In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, yeast, warm water and mix.
- Keep it aside for 2 hours, add vegetables, and other ingredients, except oil, mix thoroughly.
- Heat a seasoning pan or an omelete pan, or appam pan, pour a ladleful do not spread.
- Bake on sim flame and turn over when it is done on one side.
- Brush oil on top, serve with tomato chutney, sauce.
Ingredients
- Maida 2 cups
- Eggs 2 nos
- Eno 1 tbsp[ or baking powder]
- Milk 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Melted butter 2 tbsp + for serving
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Beat eggs, sieve maida, and Eno.
- In a glass bowl take maida, sugar, salt, butter, oil.
- Mix them and add the beaten eggs, milk.
- Mix to a smooth batter and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Heat Tawa and pour a ladleful of batter to it.
- Fry on both sides like dosa.
- Just pour the batter don't spread it, close a lid on tawa.
- After frying on one side open the lid and roast on another side.
- Serve with sugar syrup and butter on them.
For Syrup
- Jaggery 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Lemon 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
Method
- In a pan add both sugar, jaggery, and water and boil on low flame.
- Boil for 5 minutes, strain the syrup into a serving bowl.
- Add vanilla essence and lemon juice.
- Stir well and serve with butter, and any fruits.
