Ingredients


- Maida 2 cups
- Eggs 2 nos
- Eno 1 tbsp[ or baking powder]
- Milk 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Melted butter 2 tbsp + for serving
- Oil 2 tbsp
Method
- Beat eggs, sieve maida, and Eno.
- In a glass bowl take maida, sugar, salt, butter, oil.
- Mix them and add the beaten eggs, milk.
- Mix to a smooth batter and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Heat Tawa and pour a ladleful of batter to it.
- Fry on both sides like dosa.
- Just pour the batter don't spread it, close a lid on tawa.
- After frying on one side open the lid and roast on another side.
- Serve with sugar syrup and butter on them.
