INGREDIENTS:-
- Mutton ribs 10
- Salt 2 tsp
- Tomatoes 5
- Water 1 cup
FOR GRINDING:-
- Small onion 1 cup
- Garlic 20
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Red chilies 20
- Pepper corns 20
- Oil 1 tbsp
FOR SEASONING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Jeera seeds 1 tsp
- Methi seeds 1 tsp
- Oil 1 cup
METHOD:-
- Fry the masala ingredients in 1 tbsp of oil, grind to a smooth paste.
- Wash ribs and drain the water. Cut tomatoes.
- Heat oil in an iron kadai.
- Add seasoning after spluttering the seeds add the ground masala and fry.
- Fry till good aroma comes out, add tomatoes, salt and fry.
- Mash the tomatoes and add the ribs and mix.
- Fry for a minute and add water, bring to boil.
- Reduce the flame and cook for 30 minutes.
- Cook until the water evaporates, and oil floats on top.
- Serve with hot rice, it tastes yummy.

FOR POUNDING MASALA
- Small onion 1 cup
- Garlic 20
- Ginger 1"
- Jeera seeds 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Pepper 3 tsp
- Red chilies 20
FOR SEASONING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Methi seeds 2 tsp
- Curry leaves few
- Oil 1/2 cup
METHOD:-
- Wash chicken and drain water. Cut tomatoes, and coriander leaves.
- Dry fry jeera, pepper, fennel seeds, red chilies, and Pound the masala to a coarse powder.
- Heat oil add seasoning, splutter fennel seeds, methi seeds and fry curry leaves.
- Add pounded masala and fry for 2 minutes, add tomatoes mix and close a lid and cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add chicken, salt, turmeric, and castor oil.
- Mix well and add water, boil once and reduce the flame and cook for 45 minutes.
- Chicken should be in thick consistency, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and chapati.
INGREDIENTS:-

FOR POUNDING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 1/2
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Pepper 2 tsp
- Red chilies 20
- Onion 1 cup
- Garlic 15 pods
FOR SEASONING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
METHOD:-
- Dry fry cumin, fennel seeds, pepper and pound.
- Pound onion, garlic together, cut tomatoes.
- Wash chicken and drain water.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add seasoning, fry fennel seeds and fenugreek for few seconds.
- Add chopped tometoes, salt, turmeric, and chicken.
- Fry on high heat for a minute till it dries up and coated with oil.
- Add pounded masala, onion and garlic, to it and fry for a minute.
- Add water and bring to boil, and cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Reduce the flame, close a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir and cook until the oil separates. Serve with chapati, rice.

- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 3 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Castor oil 1 tsp
- Badaga 1 tsp
- Curry masala 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
FOR SEASONING
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Curry leaves little
- Oil 3 tbsp
METHOD
- Wash and cut the chicken into 1" pieces.
- Cut onion, tomato, coriander leaves and coconut.
- Heat oil in a pressure pan, add seasoning, curry leaves, onion and fry.
- Add tomato, ginger- garlic paste, and chicken to it.
- Fry chicken and add castor oil, Badaga, turmeric, salt, chilly powder, and coconut
- Add water and stir, cook for 2 whistles. Cooldown and add curry masala.
- Simmer on a low flame for 2 or 3 minutes, until the water dries up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice, chapatis.

- Badaga little
- Castor oil 1 tsp
FOR SEASONING
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram dal 1 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Curry leaves little
- Coriander leaves for Garnishing
METHOD
- Wash and cut liver into 1" pieces, cut onion, tomato, coriander leaves.
- Heat oil in a cooker, add seasoning, splutter mustard and fry dal.
- Add curry leaves, onion, garlic, curry leaves, tomato, ginger-garlic paste, and fry
- Add cut liver, Badaga, castor oil, chilly powder, pepper, turmeric, salt, and fry.
- Add water and cook for 3 whistles. Open the lid and simmer on low flame till liquid dries up.
- Finally, add curry masala, Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and chapati.

Method
- Cut yam into 1" pieces and pressure cook in 5 cups of water.
- Cook for 3 whistles and drain water completely.
- Chop onion, tomato, chop coriander leaves.
- Grind the masala given above to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil and add seasoning, Badaga, Curry leaves, asafoetida.
- Fry for a minute and add onion , turmeric for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, ground masala fry until good aroma comes up.
- Now add boiled yam, 2 cups of water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Or pressure cook for another 1 whistle.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

Method
- Chop onion, tomato, and vegetables to a medium size.
- Grind 2 masalas to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil, add seasoning and fry.
- After that add onion and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Add vegetables, peas, tomato and fry well.
- Now add 1 masala, mix and add chilly powder,fry well.
- Add salt, turmeric,2 masala and water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat till vegetables are tender.
- simmer till oil comes up.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and 1tsp ghee.
- Serve rice or chappatis.
