INGREDIENTS:-
- Chicken 15 piece
- Tomato 3 nos
- Water 1/2 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
FOR POUNDING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 1/2
- Cumin seeds 2 tsp
- Pepper 2 tsp
- Red chilies 20
- Onion 1 cup
- Garlic 15 pods
FOR SEASONING:-
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Fenugreek 2 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
METHOD:-
- Dry fry cumin, fennel seeds, pepper and pound.
- Pound onion, garlic together, cut tomatoes.
- Wash chicken and drain water.
- Heat oil in a kadai, add seasoning, fry fennel seeds and fenugreek for few seconds.
- Add chopped tometoes, salt, turmeric, and chicken.
- Fry on high heat for a minute till it dries up and coated with oil.
- Add pounded masala, onion and garlic, to it and fry for a minute.
- Add water and bring to boil, and cook on high heat for 3 minutes.
- Reduce the flame, close a lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir and cook until the oil separates. Serve with chapati, rice.
