INGREDIENTS:-
- Mutton ribs 10
- Salt 2 tsp
- Tomatoes 5
- Water 1 cup
FOR GRINDING:-
- Small onion 1 cup
- Garlic 20
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Jeera 1 tsp
- Red chilies 20
- Pepper corns 20
- Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Fry the masala ingredients in 1 tbsp of oil, grind to a smooth paste.
- Wash ribs and drain the water. Cut tomatoes.
- Heat oil in an iron kadai.
- Add seasoning after spluttering the seeds add the ground masala and fry.
- Fry till good aroma comes out, add tomatoes, salt and fry.
- Mash the tomatoes and add the ribs and mix.
- Fry for a minute and add water, bring to boil.
- Reduce the flame and cook for 30 minutes.
- Cook until the water evaporates, and oil floats on top.
- Serve with hot rice, it tastes yummy.
