EGG PANCAKE
INGREDIENTS:-- Eggs 4
- Wheat flour 1 cup
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Potato 1
- Carrot 1
- Green chilies 5
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 4 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Beat eggs, cut all the vegetables to small pieces, chop coriander leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients to a batter.
- Heat tawa, melt 1 tbsp butter, pour a ladleful of batter.
- Roast on one side, and turn other side and roast.
- Serve with tomato chutney, any gravies.
