INGREDIENTS:-
- Brain 2 nos
- Onion 1
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Water 1 cup
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 5
- Coriander leaves little
FOR GRINDING:-
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cinnamon 1"
- Cloves 5
- Dhania powder 1 tsp
- Ginger 1"
- Garlic 6
- Roasted gram 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Wash brain in turmeric water, cut onion, and coriander leaves.
- Grind masala ingredients to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil add onion, curry leaves and fry for a minute.
- Add masala paste, chilly powder, turmeric and fry for a minute.
- Add water, salt, boil once and add brain into the gravy.
- Reduce the flame and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn on the other side and cook.
- Simmer until thick, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice and chapati.
