INGREDIENTS
- Rice Flour 1 cup
- Water 1 1/2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
FOR SEASONING
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 1 cut
- Green Chilies 5 cut
- Curry leaves few
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves handful
- Water 5 cups
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1 tsp
- Bengal gram dal 2 tsp
- Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a pan, add salt, and oil.
- Add rice flour, and mix quickly by a ladle.
- Off the stove, close the lid and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds, fry urad dal, Bengal gram dal.
- Fry onion, ginger garlic, green chilies, curry leaves, for a minute.
- Add water, salt, and bring to boil. Knead the rice flour like chapati dough.
- Make small tiny balls from the cooked rice flour.
- Add them to the boiling water and cook on a low flame.
- Cook for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with green chilies chutney.
