KUMBU[BAJRA] GUNJI POWDER]

INGREDIENTS
  1. Bajra                       1 cup
METHOD
  • Soak Bajra for 3 hours and drain the water
  • Spread on a dry cloth for 2 hours.
  • Powder coarsely and use it for making gunji, mudde.
  • For dosa making, powder to rava size.
