KUMBU[BAJRA] GUNJI POWDER]
INGREDIENTS
Bajra 1 cup
METHOD
Soak Bajra for 3 hours and drain the water
Spread on a dry cloth for 2 hours.
Powder coarsely and use it for making gunji, mudde.
For dosa making, powder to rava size.
