CHICKEN GRAVY KALAKI

INGREDIENTS
  1. Eggs                      2 nos
  2. Chicken Gravy      1 cup
  3. Oil                         1 tbsp

METHOD
  • Heat pan, beat one egg in a bowl, add a ladleful gravy, and beat.
  • Pour on the hot Tava, turn the flame low.
  • Quickly fold one side, again on another side take out to the serving plate.
  • The egg should be half boiled and soft to eat.
