INGREDIENTS
- Rice 1 cups
- Water 3 cups
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Break the Rice, whipping is enough to break, for 2 or 3 times.
- Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour.
- Boil water and add rice and boil once and sim.
- Cook for 10 minutes, until the water absorbed.
- Off the stove and close the lid.
- After 10 minutes take a wet bowl and put a ladleful of cooked rice.
- Make it to a ball shape, you get 3 balls from 1 cup of rice
- Serve with drumstick gravy and drumstick curry
