RICE MUDDE

INGREDIENTS

  1. Rice                1 cups
  2. Water              3 cups
  3. Salt                 1 1/2 tsp
METHOD
  • Break the Rice, whipping is enough to break, for 2 or 3 times.
  • Wash the rice and soak for 1 hour.
  • Boil water and add rice and boil once and sim.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, until the water absorbed.
  • Off the stove and close the lid.
  • After 10 minutes take a wet bowl and put a ladleful of cooked rice.
  • Make it to a ball shape, you get 3 balls from 1 cup of rice
  • Serve with drumstick gravy and drumstick curry
NOTE:-
  • Serve with chicken, mutton, fish, or any gravy, it tastes good and awesome.
  • My Grandma used to pound by hand and they cook this.
  • It can also make this Mudde by normal cooked rice, by mashing.
  • But it looks different.
