SWEET EGG TOAST

INGREDIENTS:-

1. Bread slices                    4
2. Eggs                               2
3. Milk                               1/4 cup
4. Sugar                             1 tbsp
5. Ghee                              1 tbsp

METHOD:-

1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar together.
2. Heat tawa,  toast bread slices on both sides adding ghee.
3. Reduce heat and pour the beaten eggs on the toast little by little.
4. Turn over and add the remaining egg mix.
5. Roast well and serve.
