INGREDIENTS:-
- Bread slices 10
- Onion 1 big
- Tomato 1 big
- Carrot 2
- Green chilies 5
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves handful
- Mint leaves handful
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Heat tawa, and toast the bread lightly on both sides. Mix salt with water.
- Cool and cut into small cubes and sprinkle the salted water, and mix.
- Cut onion, tomato, chilies, curry leaves, coriander leaves, and mint leaves, grate carrot.
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add onion, chilies, fry for a minute.
- Add tomatoes and fry, add cumin powder, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste.
- Add carrot, curry leaves and close the lid and cook on a low heat for 2 minutes.
- Open and add garam masala, bread, and fry for a minute.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves, mix and close the lid for 2 minutes.
- Serve with groundnut chutney, tomato sauce
