INGREDIENTS:-
TO CUT:-
- Onion 1
- Green chilies 4
- Tomato 1
- Coriander leaves handful
TO SPRINKLE MASALA:-
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Dhania powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Mix the above masala powder separately.
- Beat eggs, add salt, masala powder.
- Heat tava, melt butter, pour the half beaten egg mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, and masala powder.
- Place bread slice in the middle of the ometlette.
- Turn over and fry for a few seconds, turn again and place a cheese slices on bread.
- Add another bread on it and add onion, tomatoes, chilies, coriander leaves on top,
- Add the remaining egg mixture, and cover the bread.
- Turn and roast on the other sides. Serve with tomato sauce.
