CHEESE EGG MASALA CHAPATI

 INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Wheat flour          1 cup              
  2. Salt                       3/4 tsp
  3. Oil                        2 tsp
  4. Water                   3/4 cup
  • Makes 4 thin chapati from 1 cup of flour.
FOR EGG MASALA:-
  1. Eggs                    8 nos
  2. Onion                  2 nos
  3. Tomato                2 nos
  4. Green chilies       4 
  5. Coriander leaves  handful
  6. Mint leaves          handful
  7. Cheese                 4 slices
  8. Oil                       for roasting
FOR MASALA POWDER:-
  1. Chilly powder        1 tsp
  2. Cumin powder       1 tsp
  3. Rasam powder       1 tsp
  4. Dhania powder      1 tsp
  5. Pav bhaji masala    1 tsp
  6. Garam masala        1 tbsp
  7. Salt                         1 tsp
METHOD:-

  • Mix wheat flour to a dough and make 4 thin chapati.
  • Mix the masala powders, cut onion, tomatoes, coriander, and mint leaves.
  • Heat tava add 1 tbsp of oil, Beat 2 eggs, add and pour, spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle masala powder evenly, add little onion, tomato, coriander, and mint leaves.
  • Place a chapati on it and turn over when done on one side.
  • Fry for few seconds, place a cheese slice in the middle and roll it.
  • Serve the rool with tomato sauce.
