WHEAT RAVA IDLY
INGREDIENTS:-- Wheat rava 1 cup
- Urad dhal 1/4 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 2 cups
METHOD:-
- Soak urad dhal for 2 hours. Soak rava with 2 cups of water.
- Grind dhal to a smooth paste and add to the rava.
- Add salt and mix well, ferment for 12 hours.
- Steam in a idly cooker for 15 minutes.
- Serve with dhal sambar, tomato chutney.
