INGREDIENTS:-
- Ladies finger 20
- Bajji mix 2 cups
- Water 1 cup
- Oil for frying
FILLING:-
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
METHOD:-
- Wash ladies finger and dry on a kitchen towel.
- Cut the top and slit into four with out cutting the end.
- Mix salt, chilly powder and apply inside.
- Mix bajji mix with water to a smooth paste.
- Heat oil to piping hot and reduce the flame.
- Dip the ladies finger one by one and drop into the oil.
- Deep fry until crisp or fry two times for crispiness.
- Serve hot with tomato ketch up.
