FENUGREEK POWDER

 INGREDIENTS:-

  1. Fenugreek seeds               1 cup
METHOD:-
  • Dry fry the seeds on low heat till the shrink and turns dark.
  • Spread on a plate to cool down, powder after 5 hours and seive.
  • Store in an air tight container.
  • Use for pickles, tamarind gravies, dhal sambar and for chicken chukka.
