MAIZE FLOUR PANIYARAM
INGREDIENTS:-
- Maize flour 1 cup
- Idly batter 3 cups
- Baking soda 1/2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Water 2 cups
METHOD:-
- Mix all the ingredients to a smooth batter and keep it aside for 2 hours.
- Heat paddu pan and add oil to each hallow and pour ladleful of batter in each.
- Fry on oneside and turn on the other side.
- Fry on low heat, it takes time to bake.
- Serve with chutney and sambar.
