INGREDIENTS:-
- Prawns 1 cup
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Dhania powder 3 tsp
- Ginger-garlic 1 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
FOR GRINDING:-
- Small onion 10
- Green chilies 5
FOR SEASONING:-
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Curry leaves handful
METHOD:-
- Wash and discard the intestine, soak in the salted water for 5 minutes.
- Grind masala to a smooth paste, heat oil, add seasoning, splutter mustard seeds, frt the dhal, and curry leaves.
- Add the masala paste, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and fry till good aroma comes out.
- Add chilly powder, turmeric, salt, dhania and fry until the oil separates from masala.
- Now add the prawns and fry on high heat for 1 minute, then reduce the flame and cook on a low heat for 3 minutes.
- Prawns should coat the masala and look dry.
- Serve hot with chapati, hot rice, it tastes yummy.
