- Groundnut 1 cup
- Sesame seeds 1/4 cup
- Powder jaggery 1/2 cup
- Groundnut oil 2 tbsp
METHOD;-
- Dry fry groundnut and sesame seeds separately.
- Grind groundnut to a smooth paste adding oil.
- In a glass bowl, add the paste and jaggery and mix.
- Microwave for 1 minute on high, Cool down and mix.
- Add sesame seeds and make small balls.
- Make balls when you can bear the heat.
- If you want to prepare the sweet on stove, in a pan mix jaggery with groundnut paste, cook untill the bubbles pops up, till the jaggery melts.
- Off the stove and mix sesame seeds and cool down.
- When touched it should be warm and bear the heat.
- Make small balls out of it. It tastes yummy.
