INGREDIENTS:-
- Groundnut 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Green chilies 3 or more
- Curry leaves handful
- Salt 1 tsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Bengal gram 2 tbsp
- Maida 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
METHOD:-
- Cut chilies, and mix all the ingredients except oil, and curry leaves.
- Heat oil to a piping hot and reduce the heat.
- Mix and drop the groundnut poaste into the oil.
- Don't use the ladle for a minute.
- The nuts comes up when fried, and the bubbles sound will be off.
- Take out from oil and put it in the colander untill the excess oil drops up.
- Fry curry leaves separately and mix.
- It makes a good evening snack, and a good protein also.
