- Groundnut 1 cup
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves handful
- Oil for frying
METHOD:-
- Heat oil, medium heat is enough to fry.
- Put a handful of groundnut, to fry
- Once it is fried the nuts comes up.
- Fry curry leaves in hot oil till crisp.
- Add salt and chilly powder and mix when it is hot
