- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Salt 1 tsp
METHOD:-
- Clean and wash mint leaves for 3 or 4 times.
- Soak for 10 minutes in salted water.
- Drain water in colander for 2 hours.
- Spread on a dry towel for 1 hour and change the cloth.
- Spread evenly leaving gap in between the leaves.
- Dry for 10 days on a table inside the house.
- Store in a airtight container, crush and use it for butter chicken recipe, pav bhaji, chicken tikka, biryani.
- It tastes awesome.
