BAT FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS:-
- Bat fish small 9
- Salt 3 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 3 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste 3 tsp
- Oil for frying
FOR MASALA PASTE;-
- Curry leaves handful
- Coriander leaves handful
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies 5
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Small onion 1 cup
METHOD:-
- Wash fish, slit and soak in salted water for 1 hour.
- Grind masala to a thick paste, add chilly powder, turmeric, salt and mix, smear on fish.
- Coat maida on both sides and marinate for 1 hour.
- Deep fry till crisp on medium flame.
- Fry evenly on both sides and serve hot.
