WHITE PANIYARAM, PADDU
INGREDIENTS:-
- Idly rice 2 cups
- Urad dhal 1/4 cup
- Salt 2 tsp
- Water 2 cups
METHOD:-
- Soak rice, urad dhal together for 8 hours.
- Grind to a smooth batter, add salt and mix.
- Add water if necessary, the batter should be in thin consistency.
- Heat paddu tawa, brush oil, pour 1 tbsp of batter in each hollow.
- Fry on both sides, serve with coconut milk, or pudina chutney.
