INGREDIENTS:-
- Sago 2 cups
 - Dosa batter 4 cups
 - Salt 1 tsp
 - Water 3 cups
 - Onion 2 nos
 - Carrot 2 nos
 - Green chilies 4
 - Curry leaves few
 - Coriander leaves handful
 
FOR SEASONING:-
- Oil 2 tbsp
 - Mustard seeds 1 tsp
 - Urad dhal 1 tsp
 - Bengal gram dhal 2 tsp
 
METHOD:-
- Wash and soak sago in 2 cups of water for 2 hours.
 - Julienne onion, curry leaves, green chilies, and coriander leaves, scrape carrot.
 - Mix dosa batter with sago, add salt, and 1 cup water.
 - Heat oil in a pan add seasoning, splutter mustard, fry urad, and Bengal gram dhal.
 - Add onion, curry leaves, chilies, and fry for a minute.
 - Cool down for 2 minutes and add to the batter and mix well.
 - Heat dosa tawa, pour a ladleful of batter, add oil or ghee for roasting.
 - Fry on both sides, serve hot with any chutney, it tastes good.
