MASALA CHICKEN FRY
INGREDIENTS:-
- Boiled chicken 500 gms
- Broth 1/4 cup
FOR FRYING:-
- Chilly powder 3 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 3/4 tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
METHOD:-
- Heat oil, add the masala item, and fry on low heat.
- Add broth and boil, add chicken and fry until the water dries up.
- Serve with biryani, chapati, dosa.
