GREEN GRAM OMELETE
INGREDIENTS:-
- Pesarattu batter 1 cup
- Eggs 4 nos
- Onion 2
- Green chilies 5
- Coriander leaves handful
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil for roasting
METHOD:-
- Beat eggs and add to the batter.
- Cut onion, chilies, coriander leaves.
- Mix cut items and ginger- garlic paste, garam masala to the batter.
- Heat tawa and pour a ladleful batter on it and spread.
- Roast on both sides and serve hot with chicken gravy.
