FENUGREEK GUNJI POWDER


INGREDIENTS
  1. Rice                     1 cup                                              
  2. Whole wheat       1 cup
  3. Fenugreek           1 cup
  4. Black urad dal     1 cup
  5. Cardamom           4
  6. Dry ginger           1"





METHOD
  • Dry fry rice till it puffs up.
  • Fry wheat, urad dal, fenugreek separately.
  • Pound dry ginger, cardamom, and fry for 1 minute.
  • Cooldown for at least 5 hours.
  • Powder it and preserve it in a plastic container.
  • Use it to prepare gunji, mudde.
