FENUGREEK GUNJI POWDER

INGREDIENTS- Rice 1 cup
- Whole wheat 1 cup
- Fenugreek 1 cup
- Black urad dal 1 cup
- Cardamom 4
- Dry ginger 1"
METHOD
- Dry fry rice till it puffs up.
- Fry wheat, urad dal, fenugreek separately.
- Pound dry ginger, cardamom, and fry for 1 minute.
- Cooldown for at least 5 hours.
- Powder it and preserve it in a plastic container.
- Use it to prepare gunji, mudde.
