Ingredients- Wheat flour 1 cup
 - Maida 1 cup
 - Salt 2 tsp
 - Water 8 cups
 
For Mixing
Method
- Chop onion to a small round shape.
 - Chop green chilies, curry, and coriander leaves.
 - Mix wheat and maida with salt and water to a smooth batter without lumps.
 - Add onion, chilies, curry, coriander leaves and,
 - Coconut to the batter and mix.
 - Heat Tawa and pour ladleful and pour.
 - Spray oil on dosa and roast on both sides till crisp.
 - Serve with curry leaves, tomato chutney.
