- Tomatoes 6 nos
- Onion 3 big
- Ginger 1"
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Water 1/4 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Red chilies 5
- Coconut 1 cup

- Heat oil in a Kadai, add red chilies and fry.
- Then add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add ginger, salt, tomatoes mix, and cook.
- Close the lid cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Finally add the coconut and fry for 2 minutes.
- Spread on a plate to cool and grind to a smooth paste.
- Serve with any dosa, idlies it tastes yummy.
