Fried eggs


 Ingredients
  1. Eggs                          4 nos
  2. Oil                             1 tbsp
  3. Chutney powder       1 tbsp

Method

  • Heat oil in a small Kadai.
  • Break 1 egg in a cup and drop the egg into the oil.
  • Please don't drop egg directly hot oil will spill on hands. Be careful while frying, and turning the egg.
  • Serve with any chutney or sauce.
  • Sprinkle chutney powder on top.
