
- Eggs 4 nos
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Chutney powder 1 tbsp
- Heat oil in a small Kadai.
- Break 1 egg in a cup and drop the egg into the oil.
- Please don't drop egg directly hot oil will spill on hands. Be careful while frying, and turning the egg.
- Serve with any chutney or sauce.
- Sprinkle chutney powder on top.
