Top Ramen Chopsuey

Ingredients


  1. Top ramen masala packet                3 pack
  2. Water                                               8 cups
  3. Cornflour                                         1 cup
  • Separate the masala packets.
  • Break the noodles and boil, drain, and cool.
  • Spread on a plate. 
  • Safe the boiled water for gravy.                 
For frying noodles
  • Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry a handful of noodles simultaneously.
  • Fry on a low heat until crisp.
  • Drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.
Ingredients for gravy
  1. Oil                             3 tbsps
  2. Cane sugar                3 tbsps
  3. Chilly powder           1 tsp[optional]
  4. Salt                            to taste
  5. Onion                        2 sliced
  6. Carrot                        1 chopped
  7. French beans             4 chopped
  8. Cabbage                    1/4 chopped
  9. Eggs                          3[optional]
  10. Tomato                      2 sliced
  11. Corn flour                  2 tbsp
  12. Tomato sauce             1/2 cup
  13. Soya sauce                 2 tsp
Method
  • Heat oil add onion fry for a minute.
  • Add all the vegetables and tomatoes fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Mash tomatoes and add sauces, masala packets cane sugar and boiled water.
  • Stir well boil it. Mix cornflour and little water in a bowl.
  • Add to the gravy and stir until it comes to a thick
    consistency.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with an egg half-boiled or an omelet on top..
