Ingredients
- Top ramen masala packet 3 pack
- Water 8 cups
- Cornflour 1 cup
- Separate the masala packets.
- Break the noodles and boil, drain, and cool.
- Spread on a plate.
- Safe the boiled water for gravy.
For frying noodles
- Heat oil in a Kadai. Fry a handful of noodles simultaneously.
- Fry on a low heat until crisp.
- Drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.
Ingredients for gravy
- Oil 3 tbsps
- Cane sugar 3 tbsps
- Chilly powder 1 tsp[optional]
- Salt to taste
- Onion 2 sliced
- Carrot 1 chopped
- French beans 4 chopped
- Cabbage 1/4 chopped
- Eggs 3[optional]
- Tomato 2 sliced
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tsp
Method
- Heat oil add onion fry for a minute.
- Add all the vegetables and tomatoes fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Mash tomatoes and add sauces, masala packets cane sugar and boiled water.
- Stir well boil it. Mix cornflour and little water in a bowl.
- Add to the gravy and stir until it comes to a thick
consistency. - Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with an egg half-boiled or an omelet on top..
