Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1
- Cornflour 1 cup
- Ginger-Garlic 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Red color a pinch
Method
- Cut cauliflower and soak in salted water for an hour.
- Drain water and wash them thoroughly.
- In a bowl add ginger-Garlic paste, salt,
- Chilly powder, turmeric, Garam masala, and
- Red food color to smooth paste add cauliflower.
- Mix well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Add cornflour before frying, check salt.
- If more liquid is there in cauliflower add a little more flour.
- Fry on medium heat until crisp
