Cauliflowerr fry

 Ingredients


  1. Cauliflower             1 
  2. Cornflour                1 cup
  3. Ginger-Garlic         1 tsp
  4. Chilly powder         2 tsp
  5. Salt                          1 tsp
  6. Turmeric                 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala         1 tsp
  8. Oil                           for frying
  9. Red color                a pinch
Method
  • Cut cauliflower and soak in salted water for an hour.
  • Drain water and wash them thoroughly.
  • In a bowl add ginger-Garlic paste, salt,
  • Chilly powder, turmeric, Garam masala, and
  • Red food color to smooth paste add cauliflower.
  • Mix well and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • Add cornflour before frying, check salt.
  • If more liquid is there in cauliflower add a little more flour.
  • Fry on medium heat until crisp
