Ingredients
- Soya chunks 500 gms
- Cornflour 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder 2 tsp
- Salt 2 tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Red color 1/4 tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tbsp
- Ajinomoto optional
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Oil for frying
- Wash the soya chunks for 3 or 4 times.
- Boil once and drain the water completely.
- Again wash another time and squeeze the water.
- Mix the above ingredients, sprinkle water if necessary.
- Add chunks and marinate for 1 hour.
- Deep fry and serve with onion rings.
