Soya chunks fry

Ingredients

  1. Soya chunks                  500 gms
  2. Cornflour                      1 cup
  3. Ginger-garlic paste       1 tbsp
  4. Chilly powder               2 tsp
  5. Salt                                2 tsp 
  6. Baking soda                  1/4 tsp
  7. Curd                              1/2 cup
  8. Red color                      1/4 tsp
  9. Kasuri methi                 1 tbsp
  10. Ajinomoto                    optional
  11. Garam masala               1 tsp
  12. Oil                                 for frying
Method

  • Wash the soya chunks for 3 or 4 times.
  • Boil once and drain the water completely.
  • Again wash another time and squeeze the water.
  • Mix the above ingredients, sprinkle water if necessary.
  • Add chunks and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Deep fry and serve with onion rings.
