Ingredients
- Broad beans 250 gms
- Small onion 10
- Big onion 1
- Curry leaves few
- Coriander leaves little
- Salt 1 tsp+1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Water 2 cups
For seasoning
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Badaga 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Hing 1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves little
Method
- Wash and pluck the string on both sides.
- Halve them and cut into 2 pieces.
- Add 1 tsp of salt while cooking
- Boil for 3 whistles and drain the water completely.
- Use water for rasam,
- Heat oil add Badaga splutter mustard and add urad, bengal gram.
- Fry adding two types of onion till translucent.
- Then add curry leaves, chilly powder, turmeric, and hing.
- Fry and add beans, salt, mix well.
- Fry until dries up garnish with coriander leaves.
