For potato spicy fry
- Potato 1 cut into pieces
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- lemon juice 1 tsp
For grinding
- Onion 1/2
- Ginger 1 2"
- Garlic 2
- Mint leaves little
- In a Kadai add potato, grounded paste, turmeric. chilly powder and oil.
- Mix well and add water, cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Then add salt and lemon juice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with masala rice and chapati also.
