potato spicy gojju

For potato spicy fry
  1. Potato                     1 cut into pieces
  2. Chilly powder          1 tsp
  3. Salt                          1/2 tsp
  4. Oil                            2 tsp
  5. Turmeric                  1/4 tsp
  6. Water                      1/2 cup
  7. lemon juice               1 tsp                      
For grinding
  1. Onion                    1/2
  2. Ginger                   1 2"
  3. Garlic                    2
  4. Mint leaves            little
  Method
  • In a Kadai add potato, grounded paste, turmeric. chilly powder and oil.
  • Mix well and add water, cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Then add salt and lemon juice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Serve with masala rice and chapati also.
