Ingredients
- Brinjal 1/2 kg
- Small onion 10
- Ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Dhania powder 1 tsp
For Seasoning
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves little
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal 1/2tsp
- Bengal gram dhal 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
- Heat oil in pressure cooker, add seasoning.
- Add onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Fry adding ginger-garlic paste.
- Cut brinjal and mix with salt, turmeric, dhania, chilly,garam masala powders and salt.
- Add to the fried onion and cook for 2 whistle without adding water on low flame,
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with dhal rice. This combination tastes good.
