Ingredients
for palya[side dish]
- Boiled greens leaves 1 cup
- Boiled dhal 1/2 cup
- Onion 2 chopped
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dhal 1 tsp
- Badaga little
- Coconut 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Heat oil in a Kadai add Badaga splutter mustard seeds, add urad dhal, onion and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add greens and dhal fry till it dries up.
- Now add chilly powder, salt, and finally grated coconut.
- Serve with chapati and Rice.
