FOR GREEN GRAVY
- 1/4 curd
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger- garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 3 green chilies
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 cardamom
- curry leaves
- 1 tbsp ghee
- Handful mint leaves
- Handful coriander leaves
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tsp jeera seeds
- 1 tsp khus-khus
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
Method
- Grind to a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee add seasoning and chilies.
- Add onion, tomato,ginger-garlic, and turmeric mix.
- And fry a while and add curd,
- Ground masala paste to it, and water.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 2 nos boiled potatoes
- 2 nos boiled carrots
- 2nos boiled cabbage leaves
- 1/4tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp cornflour
