INGREDIENTS
- Ladies finger 500 gms
- Onion 1 big
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Coconut 3 tbsp grated
- Coriander leaves little
For seasoning
- Mustard seeds 1 tsp
- Urad dal 1/2 tsp
- Bengal gram 1 tsp
- Curry leaves little
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Hing 1/4 tsp
Method
- Cut ladies finger, onion, coriander leaves.
- Heat oil in an iron Kadai, dal, and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add curry leaves, hing, and onion.
- Fry till translucent and add ladies finger, salt.
- Fry for 1 minute then add curd to it.
- Cook on a low heat with closed lid.
- Fry for 2 minutes until the curd evaporates.
- The vegetable also get cooked.
- Now add chilly powder, coconut and fry well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
