Ladies Finger Fry

Ingredients

  1. Ladies finger                       20
  2. Chilly powder                     1 tsp
  3. Turmeric                              1/2 tsp
  4. Salt                                       1 tsp
  5. Pepper powder                     1/4 tsp
  6. Lemon                                  1/2
  7. Oil                                        2 tbsp+1 tbsp
Method
  • Wash ladies fingers and spread on a kitchen towel to dry.
  • Cut the head and tail parts and slit into 4 parts without cutting the tail.
  • Mix chilly, turmeric, pepper powders, lemon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Heat oil and pour over the masala and mix by a spoon.
  • Cool and fill the masala inside the ladies fingers and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a Kadai and put all the ladies fingers and fry. 
  • Fry on a low flame with closed lid, turn them in between.
  • It takes 5 minutes to cook. Serve with chapati and rice.
