Ingredients
- Ladies finger 20
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
- Lemon 1/2
- Oil 2 tbsp+1 tbsp

Method
- Wash ladies fingers and spread on a kitchen towel to dry.
- Cut the head and tail parts and slit into 4 parts without cutting the tail.
- Mix chilly, turmeric, pepper powders, lemon, and salt in a bowl.
- Heat oil and pour over the masala and mix by a spoon.
- Cool and fill the masala inside the ladies fingers and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a Kadai and put all the ladies fingers and fry.
- Fry on a low flame with closed lid, turn them in between.
- It takes 5 minutes to cook. Serve with chapati and rice.
